Face-to-face Interpreting

We provide interpreting services for meetings, negotiations and community support. This can be supplemented with co-ordination and concierge services. We have 14 years of experience with a particular focus and strong experience with mining and heavy industry. So we are comfortable with talk on technical issues eg: geo-technical, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process, CAD, logistics, purchasing, scheduling, environmental, corporate, legal, safety, risk, etc.

Online/Telephone Interpreting

Are you based in Australia, have a client in China and a Project Manager in South America?

A bilingual meeting is slow and tiring. You need to be patient, yet are tempted to respond quickly to speed the process (risking mistakes). Text based Skype/QQ group-chat removes stress, allows time to consider a response, gives a written record and saves on airfares! We can provide real-time translation for online meetings and contract negotiations in all time zones.

As cultural mistakes can cost you relationships and money we (while you are texting in group chat) can also provide a separate, private, ongoing, voice-over. This gives you each response quickly, allowing you more time to consider your response while the translator is typing the translation. At the same time you get guidance on tone, intonation and cultural awareness on key responses during the meeting/negotiations.
