- - On documents with a lot of repetition please consider that an hourly rate-based service could result in a lower cost.
- - Do you want a focus on speed or quality?
- - Will you supply the document (or require the content) in a specific format?
- - Is it well written? Skilled prose is quick to translate but poor writing, especially in a technical report, slows translation.
- - Is there a lot of technical content that requires consultation with the author or an industry specialist?
- - Does your document need to be very polished with careful consideration of tone and style?
- - What do you require for delivery? (eg:electronic copy by email/USB/CD, hard copy by normal or express mail).
